During nCASE teacher (and student) STEM training and programs for which it provides administrative oversight and support, participants learn a wide variety of important skills, including modeling the skills of scientific inquiry and design, which include innovativeness, creativity, curiosity, and openness to new ideas and data. A unique component of training is that it includes Department of Defense laboratory and/or private sector scientists and engineers. Thus, participants learn alongside "real-world" industry experts.
